Hello Steemians, welcome to my post. I am excited to participate in this challenge which I have talked about " Self Love"
♡What is "self-love?" explain in your opinion.
Self-love means caring for myself in a way that I will be happy. Self-love means a lot and it is only when I have cared for myself, loved myself, and do the things that would make me feel happy that I have practiced self-love.
Also, it means putting myself first in everything that I do in life. A person who loves himself or herself will want to do anything possible to keep him or herself happy all the time which is called self-love. In summary, self-love involves loving, appreciating, and respecting myself for who I am.
♡Have you ever done an activity related to "self-love"? Tell us about that activity.
Yes, I have ever done an activity related to self-love many times. The last time that I did an activity related to self-love was by relaxing and staying away from distractions. I went to one of the classic eateries located close to my school to order chicken and Hollandia yogurt which I used and step myself down.
After spending hours in the eatery, I then left to my lodge and rested myself by sleeping before my roommate came in and woke me up from the sweet sleep I was sleeping I ignored her distraction and went to a quiet place and rested.
♡Is self-love important or not? Why?
Self-love is important and without self love will would not have the time to value who we are. Self-love is important because it helps us to appreciate who we are and also helps us to care for our health physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Finally, self-love is important because it helps us to develop and understand ourselves better than any other person. Without recognizing myself who else will want to recognize me because she is the key important of self-love.

Self love boost self esteem of an individual,when you love yourself you will always appreciate who you are, how you are even if people want to body shame you.
