Economic Activities |22-02-2024|| Buying Charger and Foodstuffs in the market

Good day to you my fellow Steemit friends. The way the price of goods and services is rising every day in Nigeria is so alarming that everyone is complaining of hardship, bad economics which some are blaming the government, and the rise of dollars against Naira.

Indeed the purchasing power of naira has reduced which is the major cause of hardship in the country. Earlier this morning I went to Maraba town to Amina plaza precisely to buy a charger for my power bank which the seller sold to me at a cost of 4,000Naira equivalent to 11 STEEM, which before it was sold around 2,000 - 2,500Naira as of last 2 months.

After buying the charger, I then left the plaza entered the market, and began to buy the items on my list. My first purchase inside the market was meat which I bought 1000Naira (2.8Steem) from the meat seller.

After making payment for the meat that I purchased I walked inside the market to the place selling perishable items such as vegetable leaves, Pepper, onions, etc are staying to market their items and bought the following items; fresh pepper, Onion, and vegetable leaf at a cost of 1000Naira (2.8 Steem).

After I had finished buying perishable items I then left and went to a store owned by a woman and purchased the following items: rice, beans, spaghetti, and a sachet of tomato at a cost of 5,800Naira which is equivalent to 15 STEEM.

After I had finished shopping in the market, I left the market and looked for a tricycle for my apartment.
