How are you?Hope so everyone would be safe and sound just like me as I am also safe Alhamdulillah...

Self love means caring yourself in different ways by taking care of your personality by taking care of your look by taking care of your food your nutrition your health and many things about you and I believe that self care is not selfish so you should love yourself.

Self love let you explore the way you can take care of yourself. I think if you asking share with you then you always take care of yourself and if you don't take care of yourself then it means that you are not fair with you because others always try to harm you in different ways and if you are not taking care of yourself then no one else would love you so first of all self love is important for expecting love of others.

Yes I can tell different life moments in which I take care of myself like daily I do multiple activities related to self love like if I am taking bath in early morning and if I am going for morning walk which is my habit you can say then it means that I am taking care of my health and my cleanliness so this is myself love.

After that if I am polishing my personality by getting ready for going to my workplace for making me look better than it means that I am taking care of my beauty and this is also self love as well as if I am evaluating myself that how is my behaviour with others and what improvements I need in my behaviour then it means that I am enhancing my sense of humour my thoughts my thinking and everything about my nature and personality so this is also included in self love.

Self love is really important and I have already explained it's reasons above that if you are not loyal with you then you should not expect any other persons loyalty and sincerity for you.
