Steemit Engagement Challenge S9W5: Are you ready to become an entrepreneur?

Hello to all aspiring Steemians entrepreneurs around the Steemits community. Today I want to participate in the engagement challenge of the Steem Entrepreneur community with the topic is all about "Are you ready to become an entrepreneur". Let me allow you to share my idea in the community. Being an entrepreneur is one of the best fields that every person wants to achieve. Successful entrepreneurs have their own companies to manage even small or large enterprises.

Are you interested in becoming an entrepreneur?

Yes, of course, that is one of my big dreams in my life that I never fulfilled at this moment. When my age was going higher I realized that it is better to start building our own business when we are still young instead of working in some companies after graduation because no one improves their life status when working with others. But it's not too late to start a business even in your old age.
Being an entrepreneur I will consider myself to take the risk of starting a new business venture. It is a time that I can manage myself being the boss of my own business and have time for my family. Because if you are an entrepreneur you can bring also your family into your business.

Things an Entrepreneur must have?

To become an entrepreneur we must educate ourselves first before having our own business. It requires you more knowledge of how to run a business and be financially stable to support your future business.
• You must have a source of finance that you will start your own business. You can get your capital through your saving or even a loan from a bank. It is better to start a business when you completely comply with the need of your company so that it is not a struggle for you to find money in times you will get down.

• Must have a solid business plan. You must describe first your company and what are the target products you want to build up. Then you must analyze your market and have an outline of your management and the organizations you must build up. After that, you must have listed the products and services that you can offer and market to the public or customer.
• You must have good and effective communication. Being an entrepreneur you must have good and effective communication skills so that you can run your business effectively. Having good communication skills you can sell and explain more about your product to convince your customer to buy your product. Know your target market and understand the market in which you will compete.
• A good entrepreneur is willing to take a risk to pursue new opportunities. Being a businessman you are willing to take a risk because there is an ups and down in running a business. You must take a risk to have a big profit in the future.
• An entrepreneur must know the target market and learn to understand the market in which they will compete. Being a competitive entrepreneur will learn to identify the competitor's strategic plan and determine their strengths and weaknesses compared to your product.
• An entrepreneur must work hard and always be a persistent person toward his business. Perseverance is the key to success in life business because there are times that our hard work will not get a perfect result. And there are times when we lose hope in our business and give up.
• A successful entrepreneur will continue learning and consider failure as a new opportunity.

The Type of Business do I want to start or develop?

Since my parents have a flower farm in our place. I would like to start a flower shop business in our city. The demand for flower arrangements on many occasions in our place is a big advantage to me to have a flower shop. Flowers are occasionally used during weddings, fiesta, burial, or some other occasions in the church.

I know how to arrange it in a vase. In the long run of my business, I will accept wedding and birthday entourage where I accept a package of flower arrangements and other needs for weddings and birthdays.
The supply is an advantage to my business because only my family has a flower to support my business.

I have a cousin who has a flower shop business this time. First, she starts selling flowers in the street at a very young age. She did not finish her studies in college nor she will his mother to sell flowers in the vendor. When she grows older and have her own family she builds her own business which is a flower shop and accepts a package of wedding and birthday celebration. She will travel to her customer's place and provide everything that the needs of the customer.
Every week she gains a profit of 30,000 pesos or it is equivalent to 2750 steem per week. It is a great advantage to have a business than working only in a manufacturing firm and earning only a minimum wage.

Being an entrepreneur is the best of all people who are business minded because they can easily find ways to start a business. They can easily find solutions to every struggle his company faces.
