Today, I will write about a beautiful topic in Week 05 of Steem Entrepreneurs Community Engagement Challenge Session 15. The topic is SEC - S15W5 : WHICH ONE IS BETTER? I hope everyone will like my writing.

Being an employee, I know its advantages and disadvantages. So, I will share some real facts about my life's employees or initiators. In my opinion, being an entrepreneur is better than being an employee. The main purpose of education in our country is to get a job. However, it is best to become a successful entrepreneur without being educated.
An employee must always follow certain rules. An employee cannot increase the monthly salary at will. An employee must always follow the rules of his boss. So, it is better to be an entrepreneur than to be an employee.
Both saving and investment are important for people. If there is savings, people benefit from it at one time. We will be old once we are young. Then, the ability of the body to work will decrease. So if you save in your youth, you can benefit from it in your old age. Like my father was a schoolteacher. Currently retired. My father had some savings. Now, my father is able to spend from his savings in old age. Always advises me to save.
On the other hand, I prefer investing. I want to do a project and invest there. If I create a project and invest and become an entrepreneur, I can arrange many unemployed jobs. A lot of money can be earned if the investment is successful. So I prefer investing to saving.
I would say the Steemit platform is my best. I love writing on this platform. Every engagement, contest, and diary game on the Steemit platform has lessons to learn. Here you can increase engagement with writers from different countries. Rules are very good on the Steemit platform. The same rules for all users. Write very clearly. On the Steemit platform, I can express my thoughts in a beautiful way. Blogging requires writing from the heart. On the Steemit platform, I can write from my heart. Anyone can easily write on the Steemit platform.
I don't know much about Hive on the other hand. And I don't want to know about Hive. But as far as I know, Hive is a blockchain-based platform. I've never written in Hive so I don't know about its benefits.

Each thing has pros and cons and we have to prioritize our own choice. You prefer being an entrepreneur more than an employee, I also prefer it and can work as per my choice. Both investment and saving are very important for us it can be used according to individual choice. You are young so you like investing. I don't know about Hive either.
