Introducing Myself to Steem Interprenure

To succeed in any venture, you need/have to setup a formidable team, a team that contains the basic character/ personalities. Your team must have:

• An idea generator
• a good planner
• scriticize
• an executioner

any one of these individuals can not on their own create a thriving or effective system, business or solution.

The organiser.

The "you" in this case is the organiser, that person who may not have any other skill besides being able to bring others together, create a team and manage the team members. With an effective organizer, the whole is always greater than the sum of it's individual parts. He can have things done by organising the needed human resources, this is also the person who creates the team, the one who applies the knowledge expressed in this post.

The idea generator.

I really don't know if a name has been given to this type of person, so I will simply describe the person and you will have to identify who best fits this description.
The generator is that person who has no hard time coming up with an idea, if they work on their own they work best as consultants telling others what ideas are available.
Your team really needs someone whose brain generate ideas. You really need only one of such on your team. Most people who make so much ideas are often unable to follow them through so they end up getting other ideas and that is when the next member of the team comes in...

The planner.

Most planners are incapable of conceiving any idea of their own but once the idea is communicated to them they are able to cook-up a plan or strategy for executing the idea. They are very good strategies, with ease they can give you a plan with its plan "B" and "C" and a failsafe strategy without breaking a sweat. They can come up with a plan without paying much attention to the plan ot the main idea itself or even looking at the long-term effects of executing such a plan or idea.
This is when we need the critic, which is the next member of the team

The critic.

This is that person who has no creative skill to come up with any idea or plan but is always able to see a problem in the plans and ideas of others. They are good at analysing any plan or idea, looking at situations from the half-empty perspective. They always see the probability of a plan failing now or in the future. A friend of mine says that they have nested firewalls with the ability to smell a scammer from a far making them hard to swindle. This is that person that will through his criticism rescue you from executing plans that will fail almost immediately. They help you see the erros in plant created by other members. They're mostly perfectionist so if the critic should give a plan a 40% rate of success then you might try executing such a plan because they never give better scores.

The executioner

This person is incapable of coming up with a plan or cooking up an idea, but they are always ready to execute an idea once it is communicated to them.They often have all the motivation needed to execute a plan, or bring the ideas to life. They are so effective that they are capable of sumountaing various obstacle just to make sure a plan is executed.
They are so motivated that they will insist on a plan until it either totally fails or succeed. because they cannot see the feasibility of a plan, they also depend on the critic to analyse the plan being handed over to them.

If you can bring these people together as members of your team then definitely you will ceritnly have a feel of success

My name is Emmanuel Ekpe and I am an entrepreneur from Akwa-Ibom State in Nigeria.
