Wishing everyone good health. Hope you are all well. Today I will show my city's new watch showroom in this business community and give a detailed review. A little far from our house is the busy city of Mirzapur. Where various types of businesses are constantly running.

Some are doing business outside, some are doing business in brand showrooms. The main thing is that some people are involved in different businesses. This electronics showroom, which was launched a few days ago, is called Real Time Electronics Shop. I have already said that original watches are available in some branded showrooms in Bangladesh. However, most of the watches in our Bangladesh watch shops are master copy watches of all brands. But they are also very good and durable.

Various types of watches are usually available in watch showrooms in Bangladesh including my city. The price and quality of these watches varies depending on the brand and model. These include:

Classical Watches ⌚

Brands	Rado, Rolex, Omega, Tissot, Casio

Quality: High quality metal and stainless steel, sapphire crystal glass, waterproof feature

Price: Original watches can start from 10,000 bdt to several lakhs. Watches like Rolex or Omega usually cost between Rs 3 lakh and Rs 20 lakh. However, in our city, the same watches are sold as master copy. Sem's master copy clocks in at 200-640 bdt or 11-36 Steem approx.

Smart Watch ⏲️

Brands	Apple, Samsung, Fitbit, Xiaomi, Huawei

Quality: Advanced features like heart rate monitor, step counter, sleep tracker, and connectivity with smartphones.

Price: The original price ranges from 5,000 bdt to 1 lakh rupees. The price of Apple Watch is around Rs 30,000 to Rs 80,000. But here the same copy watches are 300-500 bdt or 16-33 steem approx.

Analog Clock ⏳

Brands	Titan, Fastrack, Timex, Citizen, Orient

Quality: Features water resistant with metal, leather or rubber strap.

Price: Available between 2,000 to 20,000 bdt. But here the same copy watches 150-350 bdt or 8-19 steem approx.

Digital Clock ⏰

Brands	Casio, Skmei, Fossil, Xiaomi

Quality: Time, alarm, stopwatch feature, waterproof design

Price: Between Tk 1,500 to Tk 15,000. But here the same copy watches are 250-700 bdt or 13-38 steem approx.

Sports Watch ⏱️

Brands	G-Shock, Garmin, Polar

Quality: Rugged design, shock resistant, waterproof and special sports features like heart rate monitor and GPS.

Price: Available between Tk 5,000 to Tk 40,000. But here the same copy watches are 450-1000 bdt or 25-55 steem approx.

Customer service in watch showrooms in Bangladesh generally varies by brand and showroom standard. However most of the established showrooms in our city provide the following service.

Services provided to customers

• Warranty Service: Most branded watches come with a 1 to 3 year warranty which covers mechanical defects or functional problems. Periodic watch maintenance and servicing are available, such as battery changes, waterproof checks, and strap changes. Mechanical or electronic issues are resolved with free servicing if covered under warranty coverage.

• Professional Customer Support: Educated and trained sales staff assist customers in selecting watches as per their requirements. They provide detailed advice on watch features and usage. Various features of the watch such as how the functions of the smartwatch work are shown in hand in the showroom.

• Return and Exchange Policy: Some showrooms offer returns or exchanges if a problem occurs within a certain period of time after purchasing the watch. Depending on the brand, returns or exchanges are possible subject to certain conditions.

• Customization and Order Facility: Certain showrooms have the facility to take orders for customized watches. For example, custom engraving (engraving a name or special message) on the watch dial or strap. However, some showrooms also have a facility to order foreign watches, which takes 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Such customer services are especially available in reputed brand showrooms which provide a satisfactory experience to the customers. So I went to buy a watch for one of my cousins.
