Training Institution Business

There are a number of businesses which can be started with the $100000. And every business has its own usability and importance in the area. But I am going to choose a business according to my area which can lead my area as well. I live in a village. There is a lot of hidden talent in my area in the form of the young generation. I will build a training institution in my local area in which all the young generation will be taught skills including the girls as well as boys. My business institution will offer domestic skills, technical skills, and verified computer diplomas.

How will your business help your hometown grow in the long run?

As my living place is village and in the village there is no any institution from where the youth can learn new skills. The students go out of the town to learn skills. Girls of my village go out of the village to learn stitching, sewing, needlework. They also travel to learn fashion designing. Some go out of town to become beautician. And seeing these things my institution will provide an opportunity to learn these skills and many more skills in the hometown. In this way the girls which go out of the town to learn these things will be able to learn them at hometown. Moreover all other girls who could not go out of hometown to become skilled, would become able to learn these things from my institution. It will strengthen the girls and they will become able to earn their own to become independent. It will strengthen the economy of the town as well.

Similarly the boys who travel out of hometown to learn different technical and computing skills such as graphics designing, typing master, Microsoft word, autocad, repairing fridges and AC and plumbering etc. My institution will provide these skills at their doorstep. In this way all the students who travel far from their houses and spend a lot of money in the traveling outside the hometown will be able to save their money. And my institution will provide expertise at the low fees than others.

In this way all the youth of my village will be able to learn thes skills in the hometown. It will increase their working skills and they will become dependent by earning themselves. As youth is the future so the youth of my hometown will become skilled and they will be able to give their services within the hometown and in other places and in reward they will generate revenue that will strengthen the hometown. As skills do not die even these increase with practice. It will make my hometown skillfull and developed.

My hometown people will start earning their livelihood from these skills by working within the town and out of the town. It will play an important role in the development and long run of my hometown.

My this training institution business will earn me respect as well as profit. I will be earning money and respect at the same time.

How do you plan to involve and engage the local community in your entrepreneurial venture?

As the aim of my business is to support the local community of my village so it is necessary to get their engagement in my business so that it can become successful. I have different plans to get the contribution of my local community in my business.

Local Community Employees

I will recruit the tutors from the local area. I will preferably hire experienced persons in each field from my hometown. Seeing these local teachers more people will come and will learn new skills and in this way they will be involved in my business.

Special Sessions

There will be a special session for some specific courses in which the parents of the children as well as other older persons will be given a chance to learn new skills so that they can become more skillfull and can have more opportunities to earn money and to support their families. Moreover here are some my plans to get the involvement of the local community.

Collaboration with Local Organizations

It is the best thing to involve the local community in my entrepreneurial venture to collaborate with the local organisations especially with the schools. I will offer non-profit joint programmes and workshops with those organisations. In this way my audience will increase and I will be able to reach the more local community.

Community Outreach Programs

I will organise some demanding courses at the more discounted price so that more and more people can join and learn skills. So I will try my best to involve my community so that they can benefit from my business.

Internship Programs

I will create partnerships with the local businesses and I will offer internship programs to the skilled persons especially to the students so that they can do work in real life and can understand the working venture. On the other hand their involvement will increase the trust of my business as well.

Jobs for students

I will hire and select the competent students as a jobian in my institution so that they could play role by teaching others. It will increase the trust of the institutes well. It will be a great success for them and for me.

What challenges do you think you might face and how would you tackle them?

Managing any simplest business is not an easy job. Each business has some challenges and problems and in order to cope with those challenges there are always some solutions. So guys for my training institution business some challenges and their solutions are given below:

Staff Recruitment

Recruitment of the qualified and passionate staff is the biggest challenge for a new institution. It is the most crucial factor for the running of any institution. I will recruit the qualified staff through the robust recruitment process by taking their practical tests and interviews. And after their recruitment they will be given training according to the needs of the institution to set a new standard of learning.

Admissions

The foremost challenge is to run the institution and for this there is need to get students so that the business can run smoothly without any loss. So guys in order to cope with this problem I will do the promotion of the institution and I will raise awareness about the different courses which I offer.

Moreover I will collaborate with the schools and I will offer some scholarships so that the students can come easily at scholarships.

Competition

There are always some competitors of each business in each field. And for my business the domestic training centres are the biggest issue. In order to compete with them I will differentiate my courses and the fees for the courses. I will introduce more skilled tutors.

Student Retention

Sometimes it is easy to get admissions of the students but it becomes more important to retain the students in the institution without becoming rebellious. I will implement the feedback system so that the needs of the students can be fulfilled at the time to retain them. They will be given freedom to speak about their issues so that the management can resolve it. Moreover there will be regular assessment so that the students could be guided gradually each time.

Adapting to Changing Market Needs

I can also face issue of not adapting to the changes and to the market needs because these are always changing. In order to adapt the new market needs there will be flexibility in my institution and those new things and courses will be introduced in the institution so that I can compete the market and other competitors.

Technological Advancements

Keeping up with technological advancements and integrating them in the training programs can be a challenge. So I will try my best to Stay updated from the new technologies and their implementation in the courses offered in my institution so that I can provide the advanced skills. I will stay updated by contacting the people working in real life in different domains which suit my institution courses.

Financial Management

Management of the finance of an institution is the most crucial part. It is required to ensure a sustainable business model. If there is no proper management of the finance then the institution cannot stay. So I will hire a skillful and expert finance manager. Moreover I will try to get funds by collaborating with other businesses. Moreover flexible payment methods will be introduced for the students so that everyone can pay a fee with their respective payment method.

So these are a few challenges which I guess can arise and I have proposed some techniques and solutions for them as well.

How will your business stay up to date with changing trends and technology?

For any business it is very important to stay updated with the changing trends and technology so that it can stay and people can trust in it's good working and development. Here are some methods through which my institution will stay up to date with changing trends and technology.

Continuous Learning

I will encourage the tutors to engage in themselves in the continuous learning. I will suggest them to attend the conferences, workshops, webinars and other online communities to polish their knowledge according to the new era. So that they can provide the up to date knowledge to students.

Industry Partnerships

I will partner with the industry leaders, other businesses and organisation so that I can learn their new trends and the new needs. In this way I will be able to implement those new things in my training institution so that it can run with the current market.

Advisory Boards

I will form an advisory board consisting of the market experts and other professionals. I will consult with them about the new market trends and the skills in demand as well as the integration of the technology in different courses so that my institution can stay up to date. And according to that I will be adding new things in the syllabus and will change the curriculum.

Regular Feedback

I will implement a regular feedback system from the students, employers, as well as from the industry experts to stay up to date with the new advancements and the arrival of the new technologies. I will form a team to collect survey from individuals so that I can know the current needs of people and market to implement those things in the institution.

Training institution business is the best choice for the business as it will teach people and they will earn by learning skills. And it will be the best thing for the ling run of the community and it will play an important role for the development of the society. It will produce skilfull people and will make them able to earn their money. Moreover it is a respectful business which gives you profit as well as earns you respect as bonus. You get the respect as a teacher and people give a lot of respect to a teacher. On the other hand training institution will create many opportunities for the employment for the local community.
