Explain the difference between hard work and smart work according to your understanding?

The point is that every job we do is a bridge to achieve dreams. Everyone will know the rules, you work and you will get the reward. Hard work and smart work are two different things but can go hand in hand. Talking about hard work is about effort and never giving up. When facing a problem, people who work hard will be more dominant in using their left brain, they will really think and be more detailed about what is going on.

Some people who choose smart work will place more creativity, they will be more dominant in using the right brain to solve problems, using creativity and intuition to solve problems, they will spend more energy because they are more dominant in thinking and those who work hard basically spend more energy .

Hard work and smart work, which do you think is better for boosting productivity?

In general, it's probably the same. People have to work to increase productivity, achieve dreams and get what they want. But how will people who work hard and people who work smart be judged? they will rate those who work hard better, people will appreciate them. The percentage that favors smart work is the result they get and if they fail, people will notice and pay more attention to people who work hard, they will be regarded more for displaying effort and never give up.

Do you apply both in your work activities or not? Explain case examples

I have used both, as a retail worker we have experienced several incidents that were actually detrimental, power outages that took too long to cancel customer transactions. Finally, the damage to the goods elevator which makes it difficult to access goods to the upper floors, displays that are empty and stocks of goods are still on the lower floor, we have to lift and raise them via stairs, that's hard work. But after that I gave a suggestion to make a pulley type tool or better known as a snatch block, armed with experience in drawing water from a well and from the top floor we pull slowly, at least it can help alleviate the work problems we are experiencing.
