It's an honor and a privilege again for me to be writing this post. Hope that we are all doing well by the special grace of God. So today I will be taking part in this amazing contest with the title: Steem Success Story organized and published by @harferri. I want to use this opportunity to say big thank you and to the entire body of admin of this community for being the host of this contest. My Steem Success Story

To begin with, Steemit is a platform that turns content creators into crpyto currency earners. It also widens our horizon as to the information we can have at our disposal. We share ideas contribute to the growth of one another and get rewards for doing it. It's actually a very lucrative and interesting platform.

Now , how I got to know about the steemit platform was through a friend of mine who knew about it. He told me about the platform and explained it to me how it runs and functions. After he explained to me immediately I was very interested to join the platform without being too convinced tho but with the hopes that it will be a good idea. That happened in 2021.

I later was introduced to one of my country moderators who has eventually become a friend @majerius who got me involved in a WhatsApp training group that was currently training newbies on steemit. So I joined and started learning. This WhatsApp group was coordinated by @b-naj.

So the training took us about a week after which we created our accounts and were strictly warned about the importance of our keys. So since then I have been able to guard and secure my keys the best way i can.

Furthermore, the main reason why I decided to join in the platform in the first place was because I was interested in cryptography and also I have good writing skills so I was hoping to utilize the skills in the platform.

I also knew that through the platform I will be able to connect to so many other people and build a network. As an entrepreneur with a business mindset, that is very important factor in building an audience.

I was also very interested about coding (applying mark downs using codes) when I read a post he showed me I was very impressed on how organized and presentable it looked . So I was also hoping to learn not only how to write but also how to be able to make my text beautiful and appealing to readers.

I can say that I have achieved a lot on the steemit Platform since I joined. First of all the knowledge I have been able to acquire is unmatched. I've been able to read posts and comments from many authors in the platform. Learnt a lot of things in various topics I didn't have ideas about.

In addition, I have built a very strong network. I have met a new people on the platform, we have shared ideas, we followed each other. I've even been able to connect with many outside the steemit for other businesses. So I've really achieved a lot in terms of human resources and value.

Similarly, in terms of financial income I have not made much yet, still hoping to, but I have made a significant progress in terms of financial income. But I'm grateful And I believe that it is better because It is not the same the way it was yesterday or when I started.

Well, one of my main Challenges I've faced in the group has been my inconsistency. I was not consistent last year, that's why my growth in the platform was slow. Well, this was as a result of discouragements and business. But I later on discovered that the best way to be successful is to not give up. So earlier this year I started with full momentum and I believe I'm gradually building back my relevance In the platform.

I think steemit has helped me a lot to improve on my writing skills and also to be more expressive. I've also been able to connect with so many other people .

I want to encourage everyone to keep doing what they are doing, don't give up on your dreams. No matter how hard it is keep going because thats the only way you can make a change.
