Making money from garbage

Greeting friends, I am glad to be a participant of this contest, I will be showing you how I made money from garbage.

GARBAGES

Humans consume a lot of things, from drinking carbonated drinks to buying canned products like groundnuts in bottles or sardines. This consumption has made waste increase and we can control this by recycling or proper disposal, the remains of foods can be given to dogs, the dung from goats could be dumped in bushes as manure, Of course you are aware of the benefit. The plastic bottle could always be used for something else rather than dumping it and making it pile up in a landfill site making the waste and pollution increase.

Have you ever made money from garbages/ How I use products from garbages.

I have made money from garbages, i could remember vividly when i sold the scrap from my old rusty stove some months ago. I saw metal scrap collectors passing the street of my house and I sold some piled up metals, cans from malt drinks.

Now I currently make money from plastic waste. I go around asking people if they have plastic bottles, so I collect them and use them to sell kerosene. Sometimes I get bottles from birthday parties, occasions. These are always very clean bottles which I use to process zobo drinks. I pour zobo drinks into these plastics using a jug for accurate and standard quantities after washing it well with detergent. This drink is called zobo produced manually from some ingredients, it is very beneficial to our health.

Each time you buy a bottle drink like juice or bottled water, instead of dumping them in landfill sites with other food waste and metal scrap that can puncture them, dump them in a sag, when the sag is full, you can carry it to a recycling company.

How to use your home garbage?

Another way of making good use of garbage from clothes is to use them in making pillows. You can gather pieces from different cloth materials and put them in a well sewn cloth, your pillow is ready. One way of making use of your plastic bottles is to clean them, refill with clean water and store them in the refrigerator for drinking purposes. Plastics are used in making different things. The other day I found an image on facebook of a boy using plastic bottles to construct a hut, a polyethylene was placed above to obstruct water penetration. It looks very nice here is the link.

Every garbage is very useful, whether it is organic material from plants or synthetics, There is a factory in my locality, it is a paper making factory, the make use of plants like gmelina in making paper, they also recycle papers, any kind of paper can be recycled and this recycling technique depends on the stains incurred by the paper.

How does this place operate?, They gather paper from schools, cyber cafes, offices etc. They have agents in different remotable areas of the town where people go and dump their paper and are paid for it after that the agent takes this paper to the company for recycling, with this it enables them to gather more papers. I am a chemistry student so I was taught processes used in refining papers, one of them is pulping. In this process the papers are churned in chemicals, filtered to get stains out, if a severe stain is found another process known as bleaching is implemented.
