Hello everyone from far and near, my name is Joshua and in this post I will be engaging in this community weekly engagement challenge calledliving with steem it is the week 15 initiative that is meant to improve engagement on steemit

Living with steem means a lot of things and can be explained in a lot of ways but mainly it can be explained like how steem has impacted our life financially or mentally, the skills we have gained with our continued use of steemit.

Income and Skills Development

I haven't really spent a lot of time in steemit but I will say with the time and experience i have gathered, steemit has done so much for me financially and skill development, before i took a break from steemit after the last crypto bull market, i used all the money i earned from steem to survive for 1 year, I solved a lot of financial problems and helped some people, see in Nigeria there is lack of jobs that pay reasonable money so steemit helped me a lot but things have gotten worse in the country anf that is why i am back again to offer the skills i learnt from steemit back to steemit in hope that i start earning again.

Community and Social Support

I won't lie the community and social support in steemit is so bad because I have never seen a community were a post or article will drop and the post will only have like 8 up votes or 10 up votes while there is like 300+ people online and active, i wish steemit could set rule that any account that is about to post in that community should first of all upvote like 10 new posts of that community before the person would be allowed to post, i think that will help steemit, the community and everyone.

I think steemit is a platform for a better life because it adds a lot of benefits to our day to day life, though it could be depressing like when you post and everything is okay with your post but you still don't get upvoted by the curators and you don't know why but this platform has help me a lot when it comes to skills, like I didn't know you could make a word appear bold by adding * but now i do, it also helps me to study by exposing me to different languages really helps me try and learn those languages for that I thank everyone involved for creating such a platform.

Thanks for Reading, I will like to invite @joemuk

Hello colleague okoyejoshua, thank you for participating, I hope you are successful in your participation.

Steemit has helped you financially, so much so that you were even able to pay for a year as a result of your performance and work, obtaining profits on the platform.

Just like you, it has also changed my life in the skills I had in ART, it also made you a more creative, social and didactic person.

Happy night friend.

Wow, it's great to hear how Steemit has financially supported you and helped with skill development. It's unfortunate that there's a lack of jobs in Nigeria that pay well, but it's amazing that Steemit has been able to fill that gap for not only you but many others. Using the money you earned from Steem to survive for a year and solve financial problems is impressive. It's understandable that you took a break after the crypto bull market, but it's awesome that you're back to offer the skills you've learned on Steemit and start earning again.

I understand your frustration with the community and social support on Steemit. It can be disheartening when your posts don't receive many upvotes despite the active user base. Your suggestion about requiring users to upvote a certain number of posts before posting is interesting and could potentially improve the community. Steemit definitely has its ups and downs, but overall, it sounds like it has brought a lot of benefits to your day-to-day life. Keep sharing your skills and experiences on Steemit, and I hope you continue to find success and support on the platform.
