Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? Hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah I am very well with your prayers. Today I will share with you some facts about green vegetables. So friends let's start today's topic without delay.

We eat plenty of vegetables and quality food to meet our body's needs. These foods are very beneficial for our body. We eat green vegetables to meet our vitamin and supplement needs. You all know that all these vegetables are cultivated in every place in Bangladesh. All these vegetables and fruits are planted in large quantities in our rural areas in the houses etc.

In our house we buy vegetables and keep them in the fridge this winter the price of green vegetables has skyrocketed. People in our rural areas will start cultivating various green vegetables wherever they get free land. Farmers in our village area are cultivating sweet pumpkin, papaya, banana, mustard, corn, turnip etc. in the field at this time. The women of our village cultivate gourds, sweet pumpkins, gourds, bitter gourds, etc., on the sheds of their houses.

Again, if you look around in our rural areas, you can see them building bamboo roofs on their heads and growing vegetables in them. Our home grown crops are rich in nutrients. How some women in our area have cultivated gourds at home, run them and store them. If you want, you can cultivate in a very beautiful way at low cost around the house and in empty spaces.

Rui is the king of fish and Puishak is the king of vegetables. Every year we grow pumpkins and sweet pumpkins at home. This year my mother planted it but the baby goats ate it. As of today I have ended my discussion here. Everyone will be fine and healthy, please pray for me.
