What is "self love?" explain in your opinion?

Self-love can be seen as at act of showing love, care and kindness to oneself. This can also be said to be an act of appreciate oneself by giving good support both physically and mentally. Well I must say that there is nothing like self-love, Caring for oneself us something that we all should always frequently. Life is not only Caring for others, one truly need to show some appreciation, Kindness and positive Regards to oneself, which also stand to make one understand his or her own value what you are Worth for and finally enable you to continually treat oneself in a loving way.

Well, loving Oneself can also be said as one understanding his or herself Including the strength and weakness, self love normally create time for self-appreciation and also has a great positive effect on ones well-being, physical and mental health ability and Also self relationship. Self-love is so important because it create time for one to take good care of his or herself and show more concern, love and care to oneself.

♡Have you ever done an activity related to "self love"? Tell us about that activity?

Yeah, I normally do it everyday but this one was so special, this should be last year, 27 MAY 2023, A day when I celebrated my birthday. I deed on this faithful day I Celebrated myself and showed myself some some special love. The activity was that I decided to show myself some love by talking myself out to one of the most beautiful and amazing places, just to make my self Happy and also to enjoy some certain things like fried rice and meat, ice cream, and many more.

Well, on this day, I showed myself to the highest level, by enjoying some amazing things like fried rice and chicken, ice cream and many more. I was really happy and indeed enjoyed myself. It was really my birthday, and I really Celebrated myself, showed myself some love and also enjoyed many things. Indeed on this day I understand the benefits of self love and also experience the highest happiness so far.

Indeed loving ourselves is something we all should consider, and also has great benefits in return. Self love is so important because it promote more of our good behavior and also reduce dangerous and harmful behavior. Self love also stand to encourage us in talking certain risk hoping and having a great determination and we must surely achieve that particular SUCCESS.
