Once again, I come to you to participate in this amazing topic of the fifth week of the Steemit Engagement Challenge. Through today's challenge, I will share with you about am i ready to become an entrepreneur ?

Yes. I am very interested in becoming an entrepreneur. Currently, I am working on event planning and decoration business. Although I would not say that I have become a successful entrepreneur, but I have gained a lot of experience by being involved in this work for the last two years. I have faced many challenges because our business is seasonal sometimes, we don't always have projects in hand, and there is a lot of competition with multiple event planners in the same area. But to be an entrepreneur, you must show your service in the best way compared to others and constantly upgrade according to demand to survive in the market, as I did. And through this business, our family's finances are mostly complete, which makes me more interested in becoming an entrepreneur. By becoming an entrepreneur I want to fulfill all the big dreams of me and my family.

What are the things that an entrepreneur must have?

An entrepreneur must acquire specific goals and experience as well as the ability to make the right decisions to move to the next step over time. And of course, before doing anything, proper planning and sufficient intelligence should be adopted. Before taking any decision, it must be ensured that there are sufficient capacity resources to support and back up the losses.

And in order to be successful as an entrepreneur, no wrong way or shortcut can be adopted; any business must establish a policy. You must have confidence and courage in yourself, or else you may be thrown out of entrepreneurship with a small loss. So keep the morale strong and move forward with proper planning and setting long-term goals.

What type of business do you want to start or develop?

---

In order to further develop our business, we are currently projecting wedding and event decoration as well as various ceremonies such as engagement, anniversaries, and special moments. Besides that, we are doing stage and lighting work in community centers, through which our business is expanding more and more. My plan ahead is to deal with the community centers so that in the off-season we can provide them with our equipment to work through combination.

My father is a successful entrepreneur who established our event decoration business. When he started the wedding decoration business, it was not very successful in the beginning due to not having enough equipment and resources to decorate the event. Gradually increase the amount of resources in the store from profit. At present, I have included the necessary elements and equipment for various event decorations according to trends and am providing complete package services by adding lighting, photography, and videography etc. We are constantly updating, due to which we are known and popular event decorators in our area. I am trying to become a successful entrepreneur like my father, and I want my medium to provide employment to many more people.
