How are you all I hope everyone is well and healthy by God's grace. Alhamdulillah I am also fine and healthy. First of all thanks to @steemkindness & @f2i5 the official account of steem entrepreneur community for hosting such a nice contest. So I will participate in this contest. So let's get started.

Dahi Muri

So first of all the dish that I am presenting is Dahi Muri. Yoghurt is a traditional food of our country. I have prepared this Yoghurt at home. For this contest, I made one cup of two cups of milk yesterday and kept it covered in a glass jar in a warm place for the whole night. After this milk curds, I I mixed mudri and jaggery in it. This is how my curd wrap is ready. It can be eaten with jaggery or sugar. It is very tasty to eat. This food can be prepared in most restaurants or at home.

Dahi muri are very beneficial for our body. The special ingredient of this food is jaggery or sugar. Jaggery gives a different taste to the food.

Batasa

Another traditional dish in our country is Batasa. This batasa was once a very popular dish. Today, this food is still commonly available in many places. It is very tasty food. And this dish is very easy to make. You need 2 cups of sugar and 1 cup of water to make this dish. In a bowl, add two cups of sugar and one cup of water and make a thick net. I will make This food is usually available in the store. But I made this food to participate in the contest. This food is very sweet to eat. It is very beneficial for those who are advised by doctor to eat sweet food. Sugar is the main component of air.
