I dream that if I get a chance I will run a superstore. I was once involved in the grocery, clothes, and cosmetics business. So I have some ideas about this type of business. So I dream that I will open a superstore on a large scale.

Location:-

Before starting my business, I will first select a business area. Because choosing an area for business needs to be done with a lot of thought. So I will choose a populated area to open a superstore. The denser the population, the more likely to be business.

Types of unemployment:-

At present, there is more or less economic recession in all countries. Almost the same thing is said in the face of the unemployed - unemployment is not going well. Even so, from my point of view, unemployment will continue. Joblessness will never stop. That is joblessness related to food. And so I will choose super store as the joblessness of dreams.

I will make it so that everything is available on one floor. There will be fresh vegetables, fish, chicken, beef, etc. There will be a collection of all the essential items of a household. There will also be cosmetics, children's toys, school stationery items, all kinds of clothes, etc. In short, this superstore has everything that a person needs.
Customer needs: - The items should be picked up in the store by evaluating the needs of the customers. I will research the needs of the people in the area where I will open the superstore. Because they are my main customers. I will decorate my superstore by giving importance to their needs.

Deal with suppliers:-

As I will also be selling perishable items I need to be aware that there are no poor-quality items in the store or I will maintain contact with the suppliers who supply me with the items to ensure that they do not deliver bad products.

Customer Service:-

I will definitely give importance to giving the best service to the customers. The life of the superstore is its customer. If the customer is happy, Bebsa will run well and if the customer is not happy, he will not come back again. So I will definitely do whatever is necessary to keep the customers satisfied.

I will try to provide many opportunities to the customer to increase the scope of business. In this continuation, I will start home service. So that my customers can get their products at home.

Online Services:-

If the steps mentioned above are successful in my business, I will undertake the project of providing online services.
For that, I will take the help of social media.

Store Environment:-

I will try to keep the environment of the superstore beautiful and tidy. I will hire a group of educated and energetic young people. They will win the hearts of the customers with their youthfulness and their innocent behavior.
I will ensure the security of the entire store with CC cameras. So that if there is any problem, I can see it and solve it.

Finally, I will look at my profit. I will limit my idle profit. Because the current market is very competitive. My policy will be more sales, less profit. I hope customers will buy from me when they see the low prices in my store.
