In the evening, I went to pick vegetables with my younger brother.

I am fasting during Ramadan. So in the afternoon I finished Asr prayer and went outside. At that time my younger brother suddenly called me and invited me to travel to Sabzi Aarat. So me and my younger brother went out to visit the vegetable market.

It was approximately 20 minutes past six in the evening. We entered the market and started to tour the market.

Meanwhile, my younger brother bought breaking powder for Iftar for 70 rupees. Then again we start market tour and our activities continue.

Me and my younger brother came upon the wonderful chili pepper shop during our market trip. A kg of raw chili is only 80 taka. So my younger brother bought 500 grams of chillies for just Rs 40 to fulfill his requirement of chillies for the month of Ramzan.

Many people gather in the market on the occasion of Ramadan. Especially in this market, because of the low price of every product, people rush to market here.

Thousands of people like us come here to buy their daily necessities. But due to light rain the road condition was not very good so we could not travel the market very well.

However the amount of travel I was able to do was pretty good. In this wonderful vegetable market you can buy many vegetables at very low prices. You can buy vegetables here with just $0.10 dollars. Although this is an unbelievable statement, it is absolutely true.

Because the improved vegetables go to the big markets and the vegetables that are sun-dried or slightly blemished are sold here.. So low income people can buy vegetables from here and they are able to meet their food needs by buying vegetables at very low prices.

I was also quite surprised to see such a nice shop. Where almost many varieties of vegetables are arranged but the price is very low and it is a golden opportunity of very good quality for low income people.

On the occasion of the month of Ramadan, the price of this wonderful vegetable is very high in our market. In particular, the price of each commodity was stable and within the purchasing power

This market is regularly visited under the supervision of the Consumer Rights Act of the Government of Bangladesh. So even if they wanted to, the sellers could not go much further on the price hike issue.
