Saif Old Book Depot
Today, I am going to promote and introduce a very attractive and beautiful business idea that I have found today during my visit to the city. Actually I am talking about the Old Book Depot Shop that I have found today while I was in the market for some shopping purposes.
It is a very great business opportunity for many of the people that are thinking about a side business to make good living. We know that books and stationery are the very important use of the daily life and these things are used in every field of the life including business or educational field as well.
There are many fancy book shops and stores that provide new and neat books specially for the academic courses. But as we know that most of the atomic courses are pted year by year and thus, this thing raised the base of this amazing and attractive business opportunity. As referred to by the name, Old Book Depot.
As you can see in the above pictures that the area of the shop is actually very small but there are hundreds of books sets that are placed in the show cases of the shop. These books includes the academic courses especially from primary to intermediate level studies.
Besides the academic courses there are many other books just like Islamic books, novels, writings of different poets and popular writers, magazines and many more in this shop. It is very interesting to know that these books are second hand books that are offered by this shop owner.
Moreover, the stationery items are also offered by the owner of this shop. This is a very good combination of books and stationery. As it is a commercial area, show the stationery is very much important for every business and the other shops can get stationery from here.
The most important and the most interesting thing about this business is that all the books that are offered by this shop are offered with the half prices as compared to the other market prices of that books. Now talking about the availability of the old books, they can get these books from the students that have recently completed the respective course and promoted to the next one.
I personally like this strategy very much because this thing can prevent the wastage of paper and energy resources as well. The reusing of the old books is a very appreciated thing because it contributes towards the prevention of energy. Also, the poor ones can get these books easily with half prices.
For Promotion and Advertising
Now, talking about the advertising and promotion scheme that the owner of the shop have adopted to improve the customer services. There are many flexes and banners that are hanging over the roof of the shop and some advertising material is also pasted on the side walls for the shops near this one.
In the pictures you can see that there are many banners and flyers that are decorated on different places to attract more and more customers and improve the customer service of the shop. Besides that I asked the owner of the shop and he told me that they also print some pamphlets that they gave to the students especially and attract them more towards the shop.
Location of This Business
As this business is related to the education so it is always good to established it near some medicational institutes. But this old book depot is present in the middle of the commercial market. But it is also good because stationery is a basic need of every business that is present in that lane.
You can see in the above pictures that it is a commercial area and there are different shops including the mobile shops, computer repairing shops, different cosmetics and garment shops , grocery stores and many more. So I think this location really suits this impressive and attractive business that I have expressed in this post. You can see my Selfie at the shop.
