INTRODUCTION

Hello 👏

Greetings to this great and wonderful Steemians platform and welcome to another week challenge where I am going to be looking another Contest of the edition week#4 which is talking about How I Spent My Time On Steemit Platform.
I think these is a great and wonderful Contest to talk about this week because I have alot of things to say as far as steemit platform is concerned in this Contest.
Before I continue in these weeks #4 contest,I want to congratulate and appriacite the previous week paticipate of the week #3 Contest
and hope that we all will meet again in this ongoing week#4 contest.
Before I must continue,let me defined what time management is all about.

Time management is the maximum effort one will put in planning how to maximize his or her activities in other to gain favor in efficiency and utilization.
For every goals plans to succeed succefully, it must has what we call time management ,and that is why most of the organization toady function because of time management that let to increase in efficiency
Below are some of the activities that I have been able to carry out for the past few days
This week has been full of alot of activities concerning steemit engagement challenge contest and I being able to participate in all my Contest which I was able to finish the last task that has to do with steemfood but dispite the the previous Contest ,I have also been able to participate in other activities such as the Diary Game and with fintech technology activities with also powering up.
This contest has been of great important to me because it helps to motivate me so as to belong to the end of month aware given by SC01and SC92 .which is one of the almost goal that keep me working 24/7 in this platform.

IMPORTANCE OF Time Management

Time Management

For every activities to achieve it goal there must be time management which is as shown below

1).Set goal Currently

Went goals for a task is set at current rate ,the must attend their achievement which make it relavant, efficiency.
The reason why some goal are never achieve is because they don't have a plan for that task .

2).Have a break at every point

There are no task that has never no break but the reason why some dont have break is because the never has a goal plan for the tasks
So went you work time interval,and rest,they always take a break in other to have a rethink of how to bring up other task strategies.

3).plan ahead

Most plan for every activities is to plan ahead so and the reason is to avoid failure at the end for every platform to attend it goal ,the need to plan aheadfir the success of the platform.

4).Set a time limit to complete a task

To meet up with every task in each platform,the must be a time limit set to complete a task in other to complete a task in other to have a complete success in your goal.

5).organize your self

First for an individual to meet up with his or her activities he or she needs to to organize in other to succeed .
And these is the reason whY we are able to keep our goal in the steemit platform.

Disavantages OF Time Management

Dispite the important of time management ,it also has it own disavantages which is as shown below

1).Poor Reputation

Went we don't work at a goal that will satisfy the platform most of the SC01and SC02 will loss confident in us the by leading to poor reputation about our task.

2). Poor quality of work

Went we don't take our time to carry out our activities very well ,they begin to lost confident in us and there by down voting our reputation.

3)Late entering Of work in platform

When work are not presented to the platform following their time limit,it make them loss confident in bringing up.other task there by leading to poor functioning of the platform.

My Working Time Management On Steemit Platform

Time Management

IN The Morning 🌄

In the morning, I wake up at 8:30am ,at that very time I always go to the platform to spend some about 2 or 3 hrs for as to reply for text messages before carry out my house 🏠 activities that will enable me move on for the day before taking my break fast before going back to have a rest for about 1 hours.

IN The AFTERNOON

After having a rest in the morning ,I had to enter the platform from 1pm to3pm so as to write on finhtech am good In carryout these activities in other to meet up with my steemit activities in the platform.i also do other task such as powering up,and also writing achievement task as a newbie in the steemit platform
With all these it motivate me and keep building my skill and my level of understanding in the platform
After which I take a break which is still part of the my time management to a break so as to have a rethink of what to do.

IN The EVENING 🌆

In the evening,after having a break in the afternoon I move around to garded enough information that will help me write the diary game which will embody me all the activities that I have been carrying for the day.
Dispite the fact that it lovely carryout this activities,it need alot of time management to do such an activity because without a well drawn plant,you will not be able to carry out this activities.

Since the beginning of this Contest challenge through out the week#3,

It has been hard for me to meet up with my contest challenge and my fintech,with the diary game, but I had to share my time apparently so as to meet up with my day to day steemit activities thank to time management and due to the fact that I also plant for other task ahead in other to meet up with the contest challenge
Dispite the up and down as a newbie in theses platform am still thinking I should add an additional 5hour to the 50hour I spent on the platform walking to make it 55hour that is to say I meet up with the goal of the platform.

IMPORTANCE of working On Steemit engagement challenge

There are so many reasons why it is important working on the steemit platform

language power

It helps to improve our manner of talking in sentence construction because doing it every day , helps to improve our language power and our manner of approach.

creativity

It helps us in creative thinking because new idea keep caming as long as we keep writing on aspects such as fintech and other business acticles
This also help because it also reduce the memory of forgetting there by giving us reduction in loss memory

Motivation

Engaging with the platform every moment is an additional advantage because it helps to improve and motivate me as far as the contest challenge are concerned with the monthly reward given by the Sc01 and Sc02 which is always rewarded at the end of the month.

Time Management

It also help us to be time concious and to be able to manage our task on the platform appropriately.which is one of the reasons why we are writing on this great and wonderful platform in steemit.

Recognition of people

The platform have help me to know many people around the steemit world and some steemit top official.who have helped to widen my knowledge as far as steemit is concerned.

My suggestion for the steemit Challenge

As far as steemit platform is concerned there are some things that should be put in to consideration went bringing up challenges for the week
• they platform should help to came up with contest that will enable other to participate in those Contest because at time we find it very difficult to garded enough information but as the platform is concerned ,we just need to try our best to came up with information that will suit the platform.
• motivation should also be one of the almost priority for the platform because there are people who participated in all the contest challenge but never got motivated by the higher curators with this it make them feel back ward in away that the fell the are let behind as not being member of the platform.
So i.rely want the platform to look in to these two points.
