Originally developed in China, these bonsai (small in size) plants of Ficus species are being sold a lot in Rudrapur these days. The special thing is that these plants had come to the nurseries of the area about eight-nine years ago, but now the demand has increased after Corona. When 'Hindustan' inquired from two nurseries of Rudrapur on Friday, it was found that 10 to 15 plants of Ficus Micro Carpa are being sold daily from both of them. Buyers are giving attention to plants grown up to three to four feet, whose price is up to 30 thousand rupees.

Its bark is used in other diseases like blood disorders, ulcers, skin diseases, inflammation, burns.
This plant is also used in the treatment of leprosy, leucoderma, toothache and other diseases.
Its bark and leaves are used as anti-oxidant, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal.
Ficus Micro Carpa maintains good oxygen level. Being an evergreen plant, it also has a long life. Planting in the house can increase the oxygen in the air, keeping this plant near the infected can also make him feel better.
