Beans No Dey Fail👌

Hello steemians blessed day to y'all. Today I bring to y'all something juicy and foodie. it is my kitchen expertise of making a good and delicious beans that will last you at least 4 days as a student on campus. First of all, most students don't eat well probably because they don't have that time to cook always. So the secret to this is by cooking a sweet and delicious meal that will last you days. The most brilliant thing about cooking beans is that, the taste gets better as the days pass by. Beans is one of the best meals for the human system especially the "dry food student life." Normally students engaged into eating lots of dry food like bread and others. But this is not helpful as you would see most people tend to be skinny, and malnourished, coupled with the book work that stresses the brain too. So beans which is a good component of balanced diet is what you need. Imagine eating beans straight 4-5 days a month... You would definitely be in good health and shape for a whole semester and your parents will be surprised and would have more confidence in you because truly you have proven to them that you can take good care of yourself. So you reading this, I urge to make it a habit of eating beans just like I prescribed, for " beans no dey fail ooo." So I'll explain the steps from step one to finishing.

Steps

  1. Carefully selection of the beans.
    Most people that cook beans often select the beans carefully by removing the stones and dirt from it, after which the beans is washed before boiling. I normally boil my beans on my 3 stone fireside because me boiling my beans on my gas is like inviting hunger cuz we all know that the best companion to a student home, "na him gas bottle with gas in it"😅
  2. Arrange all necessary ingridients
    For one to make such a meal, he/she would need, pepper, onions, maggi, salt, crayfish, tomatoes (fresh tomatoes na the best), green spices, garlic and ginger, white pepper, and for me, due to good management, I dey use na dry fish.
  3. "Cook wati you wan take chop the beans"
    Some persons would prefer rice, others plantain, some yams, another cassava. But the good thing, " na say beans dey go with all"👌
So probably when your beans is ready, you should put some quantity of salt in it and let it boil for a while before removing and draining of about two times. At this juncture, one will lead to the final step which is;
  • Final cooking of the beans
    This is the part where all ingredients are being fried together in red oil or groundnut oil as some would prefer but me I choose "na red oil." So after frying the ingredients, I pour the beans in the pot and later pour a big cup of water and let it boil well with always the level of salt and maggi in it.
