Food is highly a great necessity of life accompanied with clothing and shelter

Food is the life support of any living cell, it is the fuel in which any living cell acts upon to achieve maximum satisfaction and secondary growth activities.

Food is legit necessary on campus as a student you eat to obtain maximum energy to perform other academic activities and extra curricular activities as the case may be👌
Here on campus we are faced with various activities which weigh us down or tend to slow us down our diet life. H
However we need to combact this menece by developing an adequate eating habit here on campus.

  • Never miss breakfast🤔:

Here on campus breakfast is the first of all meals and should be treated with contempt and maximum urgency.

Salient Point

While i was here in school during my posting period in school, i was meant to visit the theatre on a particular week to support the surgeon....as we took turns according to schedule here in UNEC. So i skipped breakfast. On the long run i got an attack in the theatre and fainted....i was immediately rushed to emergency and the doctor said "Never enter the theatre as a doctor without food.." He told me that my body reacted to the reagents in the theatre and i needed food in my system to counter the reagents
  • Fruit Bathe :

As a medical student i devote myself to a fruit bathe once every 2 weeks.... I mean lots of fruits at once. It helps the immune system

Fruits improve the whiteblood cells which are the soldier cells of the body and help fight against infections. It also supports in blood clotting and help heal injuries faster.
You can also buy the regular fruit salad too.

  • Wise choice of diet ✌

As a student eat more of fruits rich in carbohydrates, protein and roughages.

Carbohydrates :

we burn awhole lot of energy everyday as students so these energies need to be replenished and so more can be generated.

Proteins:

For those of us that build bulk of muscles ✌we need body building food to keep us on track and support our overall physical fitness and otherwise.

As students a good diet habit would always make you special in your health eat good food to remain healthy
