On October 24, 2021. A Black African Man from the Igbo tribe named Mazi Uba Acho discovered a lake in Leicester East Midland of England. This newly discovered lake by Uba Acho shall be called "Iyi Ojemba"
However, History holds it that just as "Mungo Park" discovered "River Niger" in Nigeria . A River "Ogbaru" in Anambra and Onitsha people go there regularly to fish and swim too, long before the colonial masters visited us, and long before the great grand fathers Of Mungo Park was born. But Mungo Park travelled all the way through 6 thousand miles from Scotland in 1795 and discovered this ancient river.
Futhermore, Juat as "David Livingstone" travelled thousands of miles in 1855 to discover the "Zambezi River" in Zambia, and also in Zimbabwe a river he named "Victoria Fall" a place of which the Zambians and Zimbabweans has been hunting, farming and rearing herds in that area for centuries were all blind. They couldn't see water bodies until a scotish man from the british colony came in to discover it.
This milestone Mazi Uba Acho is bringing to the Igbo tribe is such a welcome development and this history would be taken down from generation to generation to our yet unborm children....such an act remain Iconic to the great land. It makes us proud Africans because what you do not have pride in, you cannot value, amd what you dont value, you dont cherish, you cant preserve or develop.
Finally, it would be going down history lane and in all history books that this industrious man Mazi, Uba Acho has discovered this lake and named it "Iyi Ojemba"
