My Favorite Games on Campus

I am Farouk Adam. A student of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. My school is one of the biggest schools in Nigeria. In my school, there are so many games that students engage in to entertain themselves, their bodies, and their mind. For me, games help keep my brain and body sharp/fit and it helps to reduce my stress in school.
I will tell you about two of my favorite games below;

1. Basketball: The game of basketball is my favorite game on campus. I love this game so much because it is fun to play or watch others play. It helps keep me fit and strong. See a picture of me holding a basketball below.My school has about six basketball courts, and most of the time these courts are usually filled with basketball players like myself. I go to play basketball in the mornings when I am free or in the evenings. Some of my friends are also basketball players so we usually go to court together.
   My friends call me Stephen Curry because he is my favorite pro basketball player and my style of play is similar to his. Stephen Curry players for the Warriors team and he is a very good shooter.
   I love basketball because it is also an exercise that helps keep a player in good shape and keep a player's mind sound and it is also fun and exciting to watch or play.

2. Football: Football is a lovely game and it is played on almost all the campuses in Nigeria. My school has a lot of football fields and I think it is still not enough for the students and staff. I also play football when I am not playing basketball. My favorite club is Manchester United and my favorite football player is Cristiano Ronaldo. I love football because it's also a great game that is exercise-based.

Conclusion
I think more students or staff on campuses should engage in campus games because they can help calm our minds, reduce stress and academic depression. Thank you @campusconnectng for this wonderful contest and thank you steemit for this great platform to share my articles.
