Good day everyone.as we all know the importance of having a very good and fit body.our body deserve ultimate care,if we are to be specific,the eye is a very important and sensitive body parts.the eye Plays if not the important but one of the very important roles in the human body that is why,when it comes to the eye we ought to be very precise on the kind of attention we our eye.
What does being precise mean
Being precise or precision can be referred to as the quality or condition of being exact and accurate.precision is very important especially when it comes to the issue of ones well being and maintenance of good health,it is very much obliged for to be very accurate and exact in any treatment that is to be applied.
The eye is very sensitive and fragile,it is not like any other body organ.it is one of the five sense organ in the body and it's role is not need to be much emphasized because it is clearly notable.the uses and importance of the eyes are plainly noted.
Ok in other for everyone to really know why precision on the issue of the eye is important,I need to list what the eye does
Importance of the eyes
The eyes is the most important part of our health.and all of us rely on the eyes to be able to see and make sense of the world around them.the world is only beautiful everyday because we are able to see the variety of new things and new colors.the ability of sight beings joy to the soul.
The eye transfer information to the brain e.g we can only memories properly by reading or going through a book.
Ways we can be precise with our eyes
Eat healthy, especially food containing vitamins
Exercise regularly
Make sure to wear protective glasses while out in the sun
Get enough sleep
The eye is meant to work by the day and rest at night times.
We as students are to take this Matter of being precise with our eyes to the highest level since most of us study hard .your eye sight should be of almost importance to you.
