APPLE

Apples contains almost all the vitamins that we need including some elements like sulphur, phosphorous and minerals like magnesium , calcium and potassium. it is 85% water and 14% sugar.

About 20% of apple is made up of an acid called Pectin . the presence of this acid makes apple effective for weight loss. That is why , when we take apple, we feel full. so for those who wants to loose some weight, consuming one or two apple fruits in a day, can help them achieve that.

A chemical called polyphenol is also found in apple, this chemical is what gives apple its color, taste and its aroma. This chemical also help to prevent sicknesses like cancer and asthma.

Apple have most of its effective antioxidants on its peels (Antioxidants fight free radical in our body; while free radicals are compound that can cause serious harm in our body which can lead to death) . it simply means eating a peeled one will not be advisable.

Basic Chemical compositions found in Apple
There are some many chemical composition that made up app fruit, over 31 of them. In this article we consider few of them.
The chemical composition are as follows;

1)Ferulic acid: This substance is found in the plant cell wall, plant seed where it acts as a covering and other parts of the plant .it forms part of the component of lignin, pectin and cellulose .

it belongs to an organic compound called hydroxycinnamic acid ( hydroxycinnamic acid accounts for the one-third of phenolic compounds in our food; phenolic compound on the other hand are metabolites). Ferulic acids are antitumor against breast cancer. it has the capacity to destroy cancer cell.

2)Alpha-linolenic acid: This is an important fatty acid that is necessary for our health. it is omega-3 fatty acid which means it help build and maintain our health.

3)Isoquercetin : This substance is capable of fighting fatigue in a patient that suffers from kidney cancer. It also prevents obstruction of blood vessel by a blood clot in a cancer patient

4)Lutein: This is usually found in green leafy vegetable. it protects the retina from excessive sunlight. it also reduces the risk of age-related disease such as blindness

we have other chemical compound in apple like; Folate, vitamin C, vitamin K, Carbohydrate, sugar , calcium , iron, Asparagine, D-Categin, P-Coumaric-Acid etc.

CONCLUSION
Apple fruit flesh is the only part that we thought is beneficial, but through this study we discovered that both the peels, the stem and seed are equally beneficial.
