where we are ask to recommend our Current School to a friend"
Before I start I will like to give the definition of
RECOMMEND: With the help of Google it means to put forward (someone or something) with approval as being suitable for a particular purpose or role.
For the purpose of this Contest I will say in my own words that to recommend a school for a friend means to tell a friend that about a good school that you like he/she to go seek for addmision!
MY CONTEST ENTRY
Name of My School And Where Is Located:
My school Delta State polytechnic ogwashi-uku is located at Ogwashi Uku in an Igbo town in Delta State, Nigeria. It is located west of the state capital, Asaba and is the headquarters for the local government area, Aniocha South.
The Necessary Documents Required To Gain Admission In To My School:
As a student of the school without consulting anyone I have been able to note that it is required for any students seeking admission into delta state polytechnic ogwashi-uku must have the listed below documents:
Common entrance certificate
Secondary school leaving certificate with at least 5 credits including mathematics and English language.
Certificate of identication or origin
Attestation letter from your church
Birth certificates/ age declaration
Joint admission matriculation board print out
Medical report showing your health status
And two passports
The Join Matriculation Cut-off Mark Required For Year 1 Students:
Over the years delta state polytechnic ogwashi-uku have chosen 140 to be their cut-off mark.
My current semester:
Currently my school is in her second semester where we have students graduating from the national diploma (ND) and students also graduating from higher national diploma(HND)
School Fees Amount And Other Dues for Year One Students:
In Delta polytechnic ogwashi ukwu the amount of school fees is determined by if the candidate is an indigene of Delta state or an outsider.
For indigene of Delta state he or she is to pay the following Levy:
Acceptance/Screening #10750.0
O Level Results Verification #1750.0
National Association of Delta State students/Student union Government #3150.0
School Fee NDBAM #45850.0
Departmental pack #1250.0
Faculty Pack I #2550.0
Gown Hire Fee #1250.0
EED 1 Fee #5500
Student industry work experience scheme #3250
for student who is not an indigen did yous remain the same except the school fees which has an additional 10,000 naira.
My School have a hostel for students right inside the school premises and it's very affordable.

I love delta alot,it is so beautiful sometimes when I am traveling back to lagos and I hear I have reached delta I will just relax I don't know why,your school is lovely and nice outfit though
