Good morning all members of Steemit how was your night hope it went well, as for mine it went well. Yesterday was another of our peaceful and Joyful student union government election after the tenure of the the last SUG President (Debekeme kojo Debekeme) and his executives which lasted for two years due to coronavirus.
The new SUG President
The election took place online and the whole school was on free Wi-Fi for all students so the could vote their desired candidates.
A center was created for all students especially those without devices used for accessing the internet, so all students could vote without excuse.
Security was at every corner to prevent violence from anybody or any group.
Students came out in large masses to vote their candidates the whole school was busy. Candidates were running up and down looking for students to vote for them, the would promise student the would do different things just to please them. Some candidates started sharing biscuits, bread and my other things to please students, some even payed students for their voting codes.
Finally the voting was over and the winners celebrated with their fans while losers went back home embarrassed, as the voting finished the school was filled with noice expectially from engineer students saying "engine e weight" some respond "e weight" because the new SUG President (Macdonald Blessing Felix), General Secretary(Faith Okoto) and Director of Social (Chukwuma Kosisochukwu Desmond)
