Hello Friends, how are you all doing? Hope everyone is doing well.

Today the student Union Government of Micheal Okpara University of Agriculture umudike Led by Hon. Cmr. CHUKWUMA OGOCHUKWU, was invited to an award given by #INDORAMA UREA FERTILIZER COMPANY to the best students of the College of Crops and Soil Sciences (CCSS).

This three students have been working tirelessly right from the day they got admission into the great Citadel of learning Michael Okpara University of Agriculture and have maintained a good result in their academics.

Each of them from a department in the college of Crops nd Soil Sciences which has three departments namely Soil Science, Agronomy and Plant Health Management and have been first class students from year one till date.

An appreciation was shown to them for their hard work through this way, in collaboration with the Dean college of Crops and Soil Sciences in the person of Prof. Mrs. O. I. Nwachukwu a professor in Soil Chemistry.

This particular award was given alongside with the Industrial Training Orientation Scheme scheduled by the school management for all practical year students who were about to start their Industrial Training Scheme.

This Orientation Scheme was to actually organized by the school management to let the students know why it's good to go and acquire this training at the specific time allocated to it likewise acquire skills while on the training.

Here the Vice Chancellor ably represented by the Deputy Vice Chancellor Academics Prof. UDO HARBET who spoke to Nigerian Students on how one could acquire a good skill while he/she is still on their Industrial Training.

He also spoke about how hard work has actually paid the awardees and urged other students to put in their very best in everything they do, speaking to the students out of experience of how hard he worked and today he never regret it.

He closed his remark with a direct message from the Vice Chancellor to the students, for them to continue maintaing peace and tranquility around the environments where they may find themselves serving as an IT student and advise them to grab all the knowledge necessarily needed for their filed of study.

This was actually how I spent my day and once again am so happy to hear from my fellow steemians today.
