    Good evening @quarantine, the account @edgarf1979 is my brother's, it was blocked. He did the account recovery procedure on March 24rd and so far it says that this request is in process.

    Is there any way my brother can contact you, to know if there is another procedure for him to recover his account.

        Could you explain me how to do it, because with the master password it gives error! that's why my brother reported it to steemit when it was stolen, but still steemit has not sent him the email to recover the account.

        If there is any other procedure that can be done to recover his account. We would appreciate it if you could let us know if there is another procedure.

          You must do A Stolen Account Recovery

          Click the three bar next to the avatar. ( Top Right hand corner of the screen )

          The screen will pop up.

          I guess he must have given the hacker the Master password.

          A request can / may retrieve it back.

            This procedure has already been carried out and is awaiting steemit's response. An email has been sent to steemit's support account, and they replied that the request is in process.
