I think that Villareal will miss Parejo whereas Chelsea have a lot more depth in their squad. Having said that, I think Chelsea will pick a lot of fringe players (including Kepa in goal) so I don't expect either team to win comfortably. I think it will be tight (1-1) and go to extra time. Maybe with Villareal edging it.
