Doing exercise regularly

Hello steemian
Today i writing about one of the important things in our life . we should do it regularly to fit our body. That is exercise.
Our limbs become strong if we take exercise regularly . I always try to exercise two times in a day each for 10 minutes . Our power of digestion increases by exercise. But over exercise is not good . Like that over eating is also harmful. Cold air should be in halted at the time of exercise . So we should not take exercise in a closed room. It should be kept in mind that sound mind exists in a sound body.
There are many methods of exercise . It can be done by walking or physical exercise . Walking is suitable for all types of health . Both young and old can keep their physical exercise increase the working power of young men and women . It contributes a lot to health –building. It also protect from various kinds of disease. So, we should exercise regularly.
