According to the group admin,
There are over 60 million teachers and 750 million students in the world today. We need to bring them to the Steem Blockchain.
The Group admin keeps reminding us of this very fact each time on her post. And this I guess should be a serious matter of concerns too, thus here's my response to the call to build.
Please read through carefully and make your comments too.
Over the years a lot of teachers have been trained and sent out to manage the pupils/students placed under their care. It is sad that among those numerous teachers that are been trained, only few of the graduate with passion and much enthusiasm about the profession.
This is so because majority that see theselves in the Educational sector are not born teachers nor ones that have passion for teaching, but rather those who out of frustration of being denied admission into their first choiced course, had to tilt towrds the available direction so as to get to school and end their spell of trying andd failing.
As a result of this, many teachers who are seen in our classrooms are not prepared for the task of teaching and the challenges that would come up. In view of this the teachers often get frustrated when ever they are faced with challenges like poor grades in exams amoung the pupils and student, complains from concerned parents about the drop in their child or ward's performance in a particular subject as well as dealing with kids who just can't assimilate what is been taught.
Believe me this really can be frustrated especially the last one where pupils that are tagged poor or weak pupils gives you headache because they cannot recapitulate what has just been taught but orally or written.
