Nice! It felt pretty exciting following your experience of looking at properties... and then buying one... in the last minute before lockdown. Interestingly, I was gonna do just that myself (okay, more just looking rather than buying, but you never know...) but in the end the guy never showed up.
Anyway, great to hear you are safe and sound in a good place till the storm passes and you are allowed to go home again.
