Creativity Game - Short Film Challenge : Making Maple Syrup in my Back yard

Here is my very short film showing us making Maple Syrup from Sugar Maple sap over a bon fire in our backyard.

We have 2 Sugar Maple Trees in our yard and we tap them for sap every March.

We get enough Maple syrup to make about 1 Litre of maple syrup. It takes 40 litres of sap to make 1 litre of Maple Syrup.

That’s a lot of sap and a lot of firewood..... but there is nothing like home made Maple Syrup ... and sitting all day by the bon fire.

Keeps everyone out of trouble for many days.
