Significance of Boron:

Boron plays an important role in the setting and formation of flowers and fruits. Boron is called Immobile Nutrition in terms of movement in plants, so its deficiency will come in the newly emerging branches whenever it comes in the plants.

Uses:

When you test the ground, test the amount of boron. If in your land 0.0-0.5ppm Use up to 0.908 grams of boron per acre. If the amount of rain 0.5-1.0ppm If so, use 454 grams per acre of boron. Availablilty of Boron:

In soils with high pH, the availability of boron is low for plants. Lands where lime is abundant then availability of boron is less. Where nitrogen, calcium and potash are high, the availability of boron is reduced to plants. In sandy soils, boron flows easily into the lower layer of the soil, due to which boron is less available to plants. Soil with less organic matter is also less available for boron plants. In severe cold and humid weather, boron plants are not available. Especially when it is freezing cold.
