Bubble leaves

through this post, I tried to ask about chili plants, why are the leaves bubbling, what disease do you think the leaves are like this

I have tried various ways to reduce this problem, but there are no signs of this disease decreasing yet

    Personally I’ve never seen a chilli plant before 😂. I’ve only heard about it and I wouldn’t even know what wrong with it. Let’s hope someone has a solution real soon.
