Out of depths of the darkness emerges the seed ready to greet the loving warmth of the light.

Like the unborn seed, a version of me was once hiding in the darkness, unsure of how to begin reaching for the light. Through difficult times of seeking, questioning and experimenting, the innate intelligence of nature revels itself. An inward journey takes root, inviting focus inward to cultivate peace, health and ultimate freedom.

Physically, mentally and spiritually the keys are simple. A return to a natural state of being emerges underneath layers of the subconscious, which propels the spirit forward and upward, towards the warmth of the light. The strength we all possess, needs only inspiration, direction, and support. Health, wealth, and happiness are available in ever deeper capacities in this now moment.
