Hope everyone is well I am also fine by the grace of God.

I woke up very late today. I woke up and saw that it was eight o'clock in the morning. It was very hot all night and there was no electricity. So I could not sleep at night. I slept a little when the electricity came in the morning. The body felt very bad due to lack of sleep. After making breakfast and cleaning the house, I saw a frog sitting on the table. I was very scared to see it. So I called my husband. He brought a broom and gently swept the frog out of the door.

Then mother-in-law cooked for lunch I started making pita for the guest. Today I will make coconut cake. So I made all the recipes to make coconut cake.

Ingredients:

1. coconut
2. rice powder
3. sugar
4. garam masala

Method of preparation:

I coated the coconut with sugar, garam masala and fried it in a frypan. After frying for a long time, when it turns red, the pan should be kept down to cool. Then the rice powder is boiled with water to make yeast. I made a thick size bread with a pestle and a rolling pin. Put a little bit of coconut inside the bread and cut it. Then fry in hot oil for a while When it turns brown, the coconut pita is fried.

When the pitha was made, we all sat together and ate the pitha with a lot of fun. I went out for a walk in the afternoon. In the evening, I made my son read a book. Araf's handwriting has deteriorated. So I tried to improve his handwriting for a while. Then at night I cooked rice. Then we all had dinner together. Then we all talked together for some time. Then I fell asleep.
