No matter how life is going, if the morning is good then the whole day goes well. It is important for a person to sleep well and eat well and this maintains rest in his life and gives energy to the body. Today I had talked about such things with my friends, which my friends explained to me very well and they also understood.

Today I woke up early in the morning because it was Saturday and I had to go to work early as usual because today was Saturday and I had to come home early in the evening. First of all I washed my face and freshened up. Then I went for a run in my nearest garden. After coming back from there, I took bath and then left home to go for duty.

It is important to have breakfast before going on duty because whenever we go on duty, we get so busy in our company's work that we even forget to have lunch. So I went to the nearest egg shop and ordered a half fried egg dish which cost Rs 50. After having breakfast I went to office.

After joining duty at the hospital, the first thing I saw was the critical patients and then I came and sat in my office. I had finished some important documentation work and then spent time having fun with my friends. Sometimes we should have fun with friends because only with friends life goes well and the mind becomes tension free.

I came home from the hospital in the evening. I took a bath with hot water and then rested for some time. Then I went to the nearest restaurant from my house and had dinner there. I spent Rs 120 for dinner. So this is how I spent my day today. Hope you guys liked my activities.
