Hello everyone I hope you all are doing well today I am saying I am going to write on a very important topic that is neglected in our society and don't consider it as important to discuss and improve it in the next generations.

I have seen many examples of intergenerational stroma address suffering I have seen many examples of intergenerational trauma or adulthood traumatic patients who don't know how to express their thoughts about it I they don't visit a psychiatrist for their treatment.

So first of all we will discuss what is trauma. Trauma is a distressing condition that results in emotional and psychological damage to that person that can be caused by any reason either due to childhood trauma or any adulthood trauma.

There are many types of trauma in our society but the most common nowadays is intergenerational trauma. I am saying it is important because I have seen that many people neglect that and I don't even pay attention to it treatment or taking any counselling sessions.

Intergenerational trauma is a type of trauma in which psychological and emotional damage is passed from one generation to another generation of result as a any specific event that occurred before. This type of trauma trauma can affect generations and generations and no one even pays attention to change this. This can affect your family dynamics like some unresolved disputes, abuse, and neglect that can repeat across generations and generations.

This is the main cause of weak personality development in most of the coming generations. They are lack confidence, unable to face difficulties in their life, can't even share such issues with other people because they are not taught to do these things as I say they are neglected.

The main thing I have seen and I think the most common issue seen in all generations is that they have faced childhood abuse from parents and have seen their parents disputes, quarrels, fathers beating their mothers & many more.

Through my experience I have seen a lot of families in which intergenerational trauma is transferred from one generation to another generation and the most common thing is they have seen domestic violence on their mothers less commonly on fathers.

This is the most common cause of depression and lack of confidence in children because they have not seen their parents happily living that's what they have thought that managers look like so tho they are scared of marriage and its consequences.

This is just the start of our discussion and I can't write that long post so I would like to share your review on it as I know approx 80 to 90% of generations are suffering from intergenerational trauma and even they don't have an idea about it so I will start a debate on it and I hope users will share their reviews them in the comment section.

Hi dear friend

You have shared such a sensitive issues and obviously I have also seen it commonly in my society when I engaged with people in community sessions and also with students in the school and yeah we should address it properly perhaps it needs more attention and care.

I agree people ignored it may be they even didn't understand why it going to happened and how it should be cured. Thank you for intitating a good step it would be helpful for others too.

Good day.
