Health is wealth is popular saying by everyone which is very correct because when we are healthy and comfortable we will live happily.
Keeping our body clean and maintaining personal hygiene is very important to us, and brushing our teeth is part of maintaining a person hygiene.

Mouth odour is very bad, and in order for us to prevent is we should learn how to brush our teeth all the time.

I don't joke with my personal hygiene at all as I always take I very seriously.

I brush my teeth two times every day to maintain fresh breath and good hygiene.
Brushing my teeth twice a day has really helped me keep my teeth clean and also make me to be free from my mouth odour, which I am very happy about.

I remember when I was little, my parents normally beat me with cane because I brushed my teeth clean. Sometimes, I throw the toothpaste away and rinsed my mouth without brushing.
My parents discovered this attitude of mine and they punished me severely since then I started brushing my teeth very clean and it has really helped me alot in keeping my teeth clean and also staying free from mouth odour by maintaining a fresh breath.

My favourite toothpaste for keeping my teeth clean is Oral B.
This is a very strong toothpaste that I will recommend all of you to use. Oral b is strong for cavity protection and also fights against tooth holes that may lead to tooth loss.
When using oral b, your teeth will be very strong, and it also keeps them clean and shining.

Oral b has a long-lasting freshness that will give you a fresh and good breathe

Since I stated using that toothpaste, I haven't complained about it because it is very useful to my teeth.

It's sold at a very high price, which sometimes makes it difficult for people to purchase.
