I seriously don't know why I'm feeling like a model on this dress. It feels like everything is perfectly okay and I'm on designers. Most times clothes aren't just what they seem to be. I can wear a simple cloth but wears it differently and stand out more than you that's wearing an expensive or luxurious cloth. I love making an introduction whenever I'm dressed. I look for ways to stand out with clean old clothes.

Last week I was on White senator with the pronounce hat and spec. Now I'm on striped vintage with same composure and my black loafers.

What's your favorite outfit this week? Describe it by sharing its photos.

If I'm to go by description, I'll give details. My favourite outfit this week is this shirt and trouser combo with a tie. The shirt is a vintage material which is a trending type of fabric in my city. With vintage, you're all good. You don't need plain fabrics to create designs on. The designs on this vintage fabric serve a purpose and it comes with different colours and styles — more like drawn patterns and colour mix.

One may think it's tie and dye. Yes, it's tie and dye but not outrightly tie and dye. The shirt is sartin with a touch of black, yellow and brown. The trouser is plain black sewn with lopes around its waist for belt. The trouser was sew to fit me properly and not like a Palazzo. The black may not be to prominent because it's an old cloth. The trouser is 3 years s d sun has made good use of it. It's kinda looking like ink colour

My prominent hat also makes up my favourite outfit. I don't really know what prompted me to buy hat. It just match with everything I wear. That's the beauty of making an introduction with the hat and it makes it look more like the Popular Michael Jackson that's late, sad to say.

My loafers brought about contour which did finishing. My loafers is not the highly placed loafers that's trending in my city. It's one that's level-headed so to speak. It's low to the ground. It's black and has thick design on its surface. The leather material used prevents it from peeling from scratches thus, making it a strong shoe.

Why do you like this outfit?

I like the outfit because of the beautiful combo the black trouser has with the vintage material. I can actually act as the face of a magazine with this picture and style. The comfortability that comes from the nature of the material makes it suitable for the skin even in the hottest weather, you won't be disturbed. It's as if the material has heat repellant.

Combining the vintage with any other colour of trouser would make me look odd. The black is a perfect and fitting colour for this type of vintage material. I also like the outfit because it's cost effective and easy to wear. The tie and shade have stage presence and church vibes. I can wear the hat with any combination which puts my money to good use and not just for a particular outfit.

Where did you get this outfit? Tell me about the location.

Tailors are very lucky people because they get to sew their clothes in a way they love without having to pay for cost of sewing. It's just the fabrics and sewing materials that would be purchased. Those that aren't tailors know what it takes to pay for sewing a shirt and trouser. That money would have been out into good use.

I got this vintage outfit from my friend's mother who sells vintage and other sew materials. She sold 3 yards for me at an affordable rate since she usually sell wholesale.

All I did was just to purchase the materials for sewing and took to sewing the shirt alone. I was just so busy with school activities that I didn't have time to put the trouser together though I cut it to my size. It was my dad's apprentice that helped me finish what I started. So I made the outfit with the material gotten from someone.

My dad has a tailoring shop at Ifa Ikot Obong, off Oron rd, Uyo, Nigeria. For your quality suits, shirts and trousers, uniforms, etibors, senators and natives, he got you covered. He may be old in appearance but the knowledge is still fresh and he gets updated with new styles of sewing.....I model for his shop and people come in. That's how I advertise our work. There's a saying that tailors lack clothes than customers. How true? Let's know in the comment section.

What is the value of this outfit? Show us its value in your country's currency and in STEEM currency.

My outfit is valued at 31k. Yeah, you may shout. The loafers got the price so high. The vintage shirt is an exclusive type of fabric you can't buy at a cheap rate. It's competing prices with stock fabrics. This is the valuation of my outfit.

I could pick 2½ yards as she refused to sell. She said nobody would purchase the half yard and that I should just buy it at once.

Conclusively, you don't need to buy new clothes before going for an event. I had these clothes 2 years back but I wore it last year to a national event. No one would know it's old because of how I did my composure. I came out so clean. Ironed the shirt, took my tie on, my hat, shade and swagged. People were just complimenting the outfit.

Eyes were on it thinking it's new. I was just so comfortable and confident with what I wore that's why I was able to make an introduction..... Be confident in whatever you wear and don't allow others intimidate you with wears. Always try to make an introduction even with the lowliest of fabric.
