Lychee
This is a small round fruit that has a red scaly body.

• It helps in repairing and maintaining the skin through the production of collagen.
• It helps Improve liver health
• It has the potential to lower the risk of cancer

Materials Used in Drawing

• Plain A4 paper
• HB Pencil
• Colour
• Eraser
• Sharpener

The drawing of Lychee
Step 1
I began the drawing with the lychee at the centre. I first drew the half-open peal or cover and the fruit inside.

Step 2
Here, I drew the second lychee at the back of the half-open one and two leaves behind them.

Step 3
At this stage, I drew the remaining two lychees and a leaf behind it which brought an end to pencil work.

Step 4
I coloured the half-opened lychee. I first coloured the back of the lychee yellow and then used an orange colour to make it look scaly. I coloured the inside of the peal or cover brown.

Step 5
At this stage, I coloured the three leaves. I first used a light green colour to draw the strives or lines on the leaves. Secondly, I used a dark green colour and shaded the three leaves.

Step 6
I coloured one of the lychees by shading a red colour lightly on it and I gently used the red colour to make the whole body of the lychee look rough or scaly.

Step 7
This is the final stage of the drawing. Here I coloured the remaining lychees by first shading the body of the lychees red and then used the same red colour to make the peal of the lychees look rough or scaly.
