Achieving gleaming skin and piquant hair isn't just about using the right product, it's about adopting an all inclusive approach to skincare and haircare. By integrating health habits into your daily routine and choosing the right product for you to unlock your natural beauty potential. Today I'll tell you why we're choosing bananas.

Bananas are more than just a convenient snack. They give nutrients that offer a good amount of benefits for both the skin and hair care. With their vitamins, minerals and natural oils.

Banana can be merged into your daily beauty routine to achieve your gleaming skin and piquant hair looks.

Benefit of banana or banana peel for our skin

Bananas are rich in potassium,which helps hydrate and moisturize the skin. It is loaded with vitamin C and E. It helps contribute to premature aging. The natural oils help regulate sebum produce making it a very good choice for those with oily skins.

Benefit of banana or banana peel for our hair

Bananas such as vitamins B6 nourish the scalp and promote hair growth. Their peels are rich in silica which helps to strengthen hair strands and hair breakage also prevents hair loss.

Homemade Banana Remedies for the skin.

Before I go into my daily routine I'll like to list out my ingredients after that I'll show us the steps of how to make them and also use them

There are two remedies for skin care that I use they include: Banana face masks and banana peel acne treatment. While for haircare I have banana hair masks

Ingredients for the face masks and acne treatment

1. 1 ripe banana
2. 1 tablespoon of honey
3. 1 avocado
4. ¼ cup of coconut oil

Steps on how to use it
Mash the banana and avocado in a bowl till a smooth paste. Add the coconut oil and honey and mix till it is fully combined. Then apply to your face and leave it on for 15-20 minutes then rinse with warm water.

Ingredients for another type of face mask

1. A ripe banana just one
2. 2 tablespoons of honey
3. 1 tablespoon of olive oil
4. 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Steps on how to do it and use it.
Mash the banana into a very smooth paste. Add your honey, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix properly till fully combined. Apply to your face and leave it on for 15-20 minutes rinse off with warm water.

Ingredients for the acne treatment

You just need your banana peel. Gently rub the inside of your banana peel on the part of your skin that has the spots. After rubbing leave on for about 30 minutes then rinse off with water.

Repeat these steps daily to get your results

Ingredients for hair masks

1. 1 ripe banana
2. 2 tablespoon coconut oil
3. 1 tablespoon honey
4. 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Steps on how to do it and use it.

Blend the banana to a smooth paste, add your coconut oil, honey and olive oil mix well. Apply to your hair focused on the length and ends. Leave on for about 30 minutes rinse with shampoo and conditioner and enjoy the nourishing looks.
