I remember the Halloween of 2019 when I was working from home and the children from the local community surrounded me with buckets in their hands asking for sweets and chocolates. They were chanting, "Treat or Tricks."

  
I have those wonderful memories still fresh in my mind about the Halloween of 1919 when I was working from home and the children were shouting "Treat or Tricks" standing on the road just in front of my house. The interesting part was it was raining lightly, and some children had put up an umbrella over their heads, but some had no such facility.

First of all, let me tell you about Halloween, which is also called 'All Hallows Eve' and is celebrated every year on October 31, mostly by the Christian community all over the world.

Let me tell you a little more that this festival originated from ancient Celtic traditions, in which people used to do various activities to avoid ghosts and spirits.

On this day, people wear scary or funny clothes, and children go from house to house asking for sweets, saying "Trick or Treat," and those who do not give are hit with rotten tomatoes and eggs.

Although in Australia children do not throw eggs etc. but celebrate it very peacefully, Halloween is mainly a festival for children where they play with their friends and collect chocolates by going to neighbors' homes and asking for chocolates.

So I left my work, shutting my laptop, and came out and brought them inside the house. I did not have much chocolate, but my wife had just returned from the mall, but if she had not come home at that time, then it would have been a different experience when children came to our door surrounded us, and asked for chocolates, and I did not have any.

This memory of mine shows my social activities of that day, when on Halloween day I made the children sit in my house for a long time and celebrated Halloween with them as a community festival.

It was a joyful day for me, which my wife and I enjoyed a lot with the children. My wife prepared cold drinks for the children while I played games with them.
