Hello friends and family how are you doing I am fine. Today I am going to share important information with my friends that is prevalent in Pakistan due to excess rise in temperature.

As its very important to know who is living in Pakistan heat waves ate greatly affects the different areas of the country especially the Southern area of Pakistan.

The temperature may increase more than 50°c which is life damaging and sometimes would be fatal. Because it has adverse effect on the health of the people.

I take my responsibility to educat school children and community persons how they can avoid from the heat strokes and its affects.

I told them don't move out from the house unwanted. Keep proper hydrate yourself and drink water again and again.

Complete your work before noon and don't do hard work especially in noon when the sunlight is at peak because it Amy directly affect the body and Brain.

In case if such situation occurs I advise them they should following few things, cool yourself and lay down till the body temperature settled. Drink water or nimkol to maintain the proper hydration of the body.

In the last I told them the symptoms which they can felt in case of heat stroke. Vomit, headache severity, dizziness, not talking normal manner and sometimes may fell down.
