Teaching challenges involve various obstacles faced by educators in delivering effective instructions.

My Experience in Teaching Challenge vs Individual

Some months ago, I used to have students with some se,rious behavioral issues that could be hard to manage and several times If I could go back in time and give myself advice, it would be to stay calm, show confidence in myself, and with each action that comes my way.

Despite that the challenges, I used to encourage myself and say, teachers do not have to question whether or not they are worthy of running a classroom, to run an effective classroom as a teacher, all you need is to trust in your abilities and always know that there’s a reason you are teaching or you are a teacher.

The clear cut guidelines and rules that will help me to set a standard are not always easy, because the easiest and best way to enforce rules and build a classroom with positive involvement and participation is to make sure you are addressing those that are off-task.

At times, the pupils who act up know that they are doing something wrong, you’re not surprising them by addressing their behavior, or even punishing them. SometimesHoweverget a class with a large variety of issues.

However, I finally at a point felt calm after appropriately addressing the issues some students would bring out, especially because they wanted a new teacher because students are always fond of doing that.

At times, after feeling bad about pupils bad attitude, I also used to think about the situation in a realistic way because the reality is that, as a teacher, you deserve to be there, and they know when they are stepping over lines and not everyone has a class that will try to test the teacher, but there are some. I believe that college prepared me well for lesson planning and coursework, but lacked working through behavioral issues.

Again, I knew that I deserved to be there, I knew that I was worthy, and I also knew that I was a good teacher that was how I just kept working toward my goals, and I was able to find a way to get through to everyone, even though it took wasn't easy and it took a while before I became adaptive to the system.
