The teeth is a part of the human organ that enables us to eat, grind , bite, and tear through food. The teeth is an essential part in the body of a human and allows us to eat and chew food easily. Brushing of our teeth is one of the measure we must take in order to prevent tooth decay and harm to our teeth.


When we eat, particles of those foods still remains in our teeth and if left there for a long time it can cause tooth decay that is why it is advisable to brush your teeth twice daily. As for me the number of times I brush my teeth is also twice. Brushing twice daily has a way of removing dirt that was still there after brushing the first time and the time I usually brush my teeth is in the morning and in the night, i brush my teeth in the morning before eating my breakfast and in the night after eating my dinner.

My favourite tooth paste I use to brush my teeth is close up. Close up is a well known tooth paste company that gives your teeth the right oral care you need. I love using it because of its refreshing sense that stays in my teeth when I use it. It also contain antibacterial that helps fight against tooth decay and prevent tooth damage.

Brushing with closeup has a wide range of benefit and advantages but I don't think it has any disadvantages.
Some of the advantages of using close up toothpaste are

1 it gives me a fresh breath. When you have a mouth odour the best toothpaste to use is close up as it gives you a menthol fresh effect that clears the odour from your mouth

2 it prevents you from getting those pesky cavities. Those cavity thriving bacteria thrive on food that are stuck in between you teeth, but brushing with closeup toothpaste has a way of stopping them from multiplying and also strengthen your teeth from any tooth decay.

3 using closeup also helps fight against bacteria. Apart from stopping cavities from multiplying,closeup also contain antibacterial that helps fight against 99 percent of bacteria in the teeth and also prevents tooth decay, gum infection and any tooth problem.

CONCLUSION

In conclusion, taking care of our teeth is a very important thing to be done every day so as to prevent tooth decay and infections in the teeth and I would recommend closeup toothpaste to be used on our teeth as it is the best toothpaste and I also use it on a daily basis and it has helped me a lot.
